Rosalibre Bobbin Lace is a 3-D tape lace invented by Cathleen Belleville. Drawing on her classical Belgian training, Cathleen created a tape lace which is both simple and complex, while employing color and requiring few pairs. The book is full of thorough instructions and superb diagrams.
